## Who is Maia?

Maia is an AI co-worker who turns your ideas into scenarios or AI agents using prompts. To help you understand her decisions, Maia explains her reasoning at each step and shows you her work as she builds on the canvas.

## Key capabilities

Maia supports both new and experienced users of Make in the following ways:

### For beginners

- **Conversational building: **Describe what you want in plain language, and Maia creates or modifies scenarios and AI agents for you in the Scenario Builder.
- **Visual decision-making:** Watch Maia's actions as she builds so you understand her logic.
- **Contextual support:** As Maia builds, ask her to walk through her decisions or explain Make-related concepts.
- **Template customization:** Start from a pre-built prompt or scenario and ask Maia to adapt it to your needs.

### For advanced users

- **Debugging and maintenance: **Ask Maia to fix errors or explain scenarios that others built.
- **Onboarding:** New team members can start building automations and AI agents immediately without prior knowledge of Make.
