Operations per team management
This feature is available to Enterprise customers.
Organization owners and administrators have the option to set operations consumption limits for teams. This feature offers many benefits:
- Control over teams consumption You can set operations limits for all teams within an organization.
- Operational continuity Operations limits remove the possibility of stopping organization scenarios due to a team's overconsumption.
- Real-time operations usage monitoring The team dashboard shows individual team consumption as well as total organizational usage in real time.
- Flexibility in operations allocation You can change allocated limits as needed.
- Proactive usage notifications You will receive an email at 75%, 90%, and 100% usage thresholds to allow for proactive operations management.
You can view the breakdown of operations usage by teams by clicking the Teams tab.

Team operations consumption includes usage from mid-December 2024 to the present. Usage before this date is not included.
Click Organization > Teams to view all of the teams in your organization.
Click Edit for the team for which you would like to set an operations limit.
Click Set team limit and enter the maximum number of operations you would like to allocate for this team.
If the team reaches their limit, their scenarios will be paused.

Click Save.
You will see the team operations limit and usage under the Teams tab.

Click Organization > Teams to view all of the teams in your organization.
Click Edit for the team for which you would like to change the operations limit.
Update the team operations limit value to the new maximum number of operations the team can use.
Click Save.
If you change the limit to an amount less than what has already been consumed by the team, the team will be paused.

Click Organization > Teams to view all of the teams in your organization.

Click Remove to remove the team operations limit.

For a team without an operations limit, you will only see the total operations used. In this example, Team 1 has an operations limit of 1000, and Team 2 has no operations limit set.

As a team approaches their limit, beginning with 75% usage, you will see an orange notification icon next to the team's operations limit.

When a team reaches their limit, you will see a red notification icon next to the team's operation limit, the bar will turn black, and all scenarios will pause.

When a team in your organization has reached 75%, 90%, and 100% of the allocated operations, organization owners and admins will receive an email detailing this information.

To avoid interruptions, the organization owner or admin can:
- adjust the team's operations limit or reallocate operations.
- monitor and optimize the team's scenarios.
Team admins will also receive an email with this information.
