Use the Teach Make app to track coupon issuance and monitor your API usage:

- **Coupons:** View coupons requested, issued, and redeemed.
- **API calls:** Monitor API calls over time.

## Create an account

When you register for Teach Make for Digital Education Partners, you receive an email with a link to create a Teach Make account via Google OAuth. Use the same email address you provided during sign-up.

## Monitor API calls

In your dashboard, in **Last API Calls**, view your API calls by time period and call status.

## Check coupon status

In your dashboard, check a coupon's status by entering the student's email address, first name, or last name in the search field.

The table below describes all possible coupon statuses:

| **Status**         | **Description**                                                   |
| ------------------ | ----------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Completed**      | The coupon has been delivered to the student's inbox.             |
| **Pending email**  | The student hasn't validated their email address.                 |
| **Pending mobile** | The student hasn't validated their phone number via text message. |
| **Redeemed**       | The coupon is redeemed for a Make organization.                   |
| **Not applied**    | The coupon is not applied.                                        |
| **Unknown**        | The redemption status is currently unavailable.                   |

If a coupon has a **Pending** status:

1. Ask the student to check their junk or spam folder for an email from Make.
2. If no email is found, resend an API request to reset the coupon status of that student.
