Here's a quick look at our app updates this week.

## Vapi: Workflow modules deprecated by August 18, 2026

Vapi is retiring its Workflows functionality and replacing it with a new feature called Squads. As a result, all Vapi Workflow modules in Make are deprecated.

From **August 18, 2026**, scenarios using the deprecated Vapi Workflow modules stop running, and you can't create new scenarios using these modules.

### What's changing

- The **Create a Workflow**, **Update a Workflow**, **List Workflows**, **Get a Workflow**, and **Delete a Workflow** modules are now deprecated and unavailable when building new scenarios.
- The **workflowId** parameter in the **Create a Call** and **Create an Outbound Phone Call** modules is also deprecated.
- Existing scenarios using the deprecated modules continue to run until August 18, 2026.

### What's needed from you

Before August 18, 2026, update any scenarios using Vapi Workflow modules to use Vapi Squads modules instead.

## LinkedIn Events: New Live Video event support

You can now create and manage LinkedIn Live Video events from your scenarios.

The **Create an Event** module now distinguishes between **Online event - External** (for events on other platforms) and the new **Online event - Live Video** option for native LinkedIn streams. Select **Online event - Live Video** from the **Event type** dropdown to see the new settings, including a **Test event** option that makes the event visible only to your organization's admins.

Creating LinkedIn Live Video events is subject to LinkedIn's eligibility criteria, including requirements for follower count and account age. An eligibility banner appears in the module for guidance.

## Webflow: Filter assets by folder

The **List Assets** module now includes a **Folder ID** field to retrieve assets from a specific folder and its subfolders.

The module's output also now includes each asset's **Folder ID** and **Alt Text**, and data handling is more efficient.

## OpenAI: Create a Completion module changes

The **Create a Completion** module no longer includes the credits formula.

The `gpt-5.2-chat-latest` and `gpt-5.3-chat-latest` models are no longer available for selection in this module.

## NetSuite: Watch Records module fix

The **Watch Records** module no longer skips records between scenario runs, particularly when using a saved search.

Scenarios using this module now reliably process all records based on their **Last Modified Date**.

## Greenhouse Recruiting: Make an API Call connection fix

The **Make an API Call** module no longer errors when you create an advanced connection. You can now create these connections to access any Greenhouse API endpoint.
