Scenario templates
Templates are predefined that you can customize to create new . Templates can be saved for future use and shared.
This feature is available to anyone with a Teams plan.
In the left sidebar, click Templates.
In the upper-right corner, click + New template.
Your template will have the default name New template. Click this title to rename the template.

In the editor, create your scenario.
Optional: Click the gear icon at the bottom left and enter a Template description. The description can be a maximum of 240 characters. Click Save.

Click the Save icon to save the template.

To share your template with others, you must first publish it.
You can't edit a published template. If you need to edit a published template, first unpublish your template, complete your edits, and then publish again.
Select the private template you wish to share to open it in the template editor.
Click Publish.

One you publish your template, you can share the link with others. In the upper-right corner, click Share public link to copy the link to your clipboard.
You can send your published templates for approval to make them available in the public templates library.
Click Request approval in the upper-right corner of the template editor. The button will now read Approval pending.
A administrator will review your template for public use. After approval, we will add your template to the public template library.
In the left sidebar, click Templates.
Click the Team templates tab to view your Private templates.
Next to the template you with to delete, click Delete.

Click Really? to confirm.
