Due to Aircall deprecating its User V1 APIs and events, we've updated the Aircall app on Make to use their latest V2 endpoints. This change affects several modules and requires you to update your scenarios.

After this date, scenarios using the deprecated modules and webhooks will stop working. You can no longer create new scenarios using the deprecated 

 modules have been migrated to Aircall’s V2 API.

 webhook trigger now uses Aircall's V2 events.

 data field has been removed from the output of the 

 modules, as it is not supported in Aircall's V2 API.

 data array is no longer included in the output of the 

Existing scenarios using the older module versions will continue to run until September 30, 2026, to give you time to migrate.

To keep your scenarios running, you must update your Aircall scenarios before September 30, 2026.

 trigger, open the module settings and re-select the user events you want to watch. This action will automatically update the webhook to use the new V2 events.

 Review any downstream modules that map the 

 fields from the affected Aircall modules. You must remove or update these mappings, as these fields will no longer provide data.

Update Make Aircall integrations to V2 API before Sept 30, 2026 to avoid broken scenarios due to deprecated modules, webhooks, and removed fields.

A safety feature that saves unfinished scenario runs when errors occur, preventing data loss. Stored in the Incomplete Executions tab, you can retry automatically, resolve manually, or delete them. Disabled by default, enable it in Scenario settings.

Error handlers act as a safety net that catches unexpected failures to prevent your scenarios from failing. They allow you to define exactly how the system should react, such as by retrying the task, ignoring the mistake, or rolling back changes.

The Rollback error handler stops a scenario and reverts changes made by modules that support transactions to ensure data remains consistent when an error occurs.
